Signature Renovations was the prime contractor for the Design-Build renovations and modifications to the existing warehouse, to convert it into the Skid Pan Automotive Shop, including automotive lifts, oil and tire changing stations and storage. The Skid Pan Warehouse located adjacent to the TEVOC automotive training track, in the south-west area of the FBI Academy Quantico Complex.
