This historic Design-Build project included architectural alterations, roofing, and mechanical and electrical upgrades at the historic Martin V.B. Bostetter Courthouse, located in the Alexandria Historic District. Construction scope included hazardous material remediation, selective demolition, architectural finishes, mechanical upgrades, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm and modifications to historic windows and roofing.  Most work was performed off-hours and required extensive end-user coordination due to access and schedule restrictions.
