Signature Renovations was the prime contractor for this high-visibility task order to replace and upgrade all the pool filtration and water treatment equipment, piping systems wrapped in asbestos insulation and in a confined space, controls, and deck upgrade.

This unique and challenging project had up 25 specialty subcontractors such as, doors, finishes, excavations, UXO techs, plumbing, HVAC, electric, pool lift, waterproofing, metal railing, trench drains, fire protection, scaffolding.
