Who We Are
Signature-Renovations has nearly 20 years of experience providing outstanding design-build and construction services to Federal agencies across the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. We also provide services across the southeastern U.S. with offices in Tennessee.
Our Specialty
We specialize in general contracting, renovations, repair, and minor construction projects under JOC/IDIQ/SABER/RMACC/MATOC contracts. Our trusted, long-term relationships with key federal and local agencies coupled with our technical expertise and competitive pricing result in numerous Task Order awards.
Proven Partnerships
Our experience, expertise, and security profile enables us to maintain highly productive working relationships with numerous local contracting partners across the region. We also act as a prime contractor with in-house resources to self-perform architectural finishes, electrical work, incidental mechanical and plumbing work.
